We are open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm, and closed Sunday and Monday.
Do you serve the 30A area, or only Panama City Beach?
Maison30a primarily serves the entire Northwest Florida area, with the showroom itself located just off 30A in Panama City Beach. We also have warehousing and distribution in Brenham, Texas to support our 3-times-a-year show in Round Top, Texas. Visit Maison30a at Blue Hills at Round Top at the spring, winter and fall shows.
Materials & Durability
Does outdoor furniture rust in salt air near the coast?
No. All of our outdoor furniture is made with powder-coated aluminum — we never use steel. Aluminum won't rust or corrode in salt air, so our pieces are built to thrive in coastal environments and hold their finish season after season.
What outdoor furniture material holds up best to Gulf Coast humidity?
Concrete, synthetic rope, synthetic rattan, and powder-coated aluminum are the best choices for our climate, and every one of our outdoor products is made from these materials. Each is chosen specifically for its ability to resist moisture, humidity, and UV exposure, so your furniture stays beautiful through Gulf Coast summers.
Is teak furniture good for a beach house?
Absolutely. Teak is a beautiful, naturally durable hardwood that ages gracefully and can last a lifetime with proper care. Its natural oils make it highly resistant to moisture and weather, which is why it's a coastal favorite. We carry a large collection of teak chairs, consoles, and coffee tables in multiple sizes and styles.
How do I keep concrete furniture and pottery from cracking outdoors?
Concrete is a durable material, and all of our concrete pieces are cast with multiple layers of strengthening materials built into the mold for added integrity. Our pottery is made the same way. With pottery, the most important factor is proper drainage: layer the bottom with gravel, then a lightweight filler (cut-up pool noodles work great), then potting soil. Layering the materials this way ensures optimum drainage and helps prevent water from collecting and cracking the piece in a freeze.
Will synthetic wicker fade or crack in the Florida sun?
The synthetic rattan we use is the highest-quality UV- and mold-resistant product on the market, and it goes through a rigorous testing process across every weather extreme. It's engineered specifically to resist fading and cracking, so it holds its color and integrity even under intense Florida sun.
What's the difference between resin wicker and natural rattan?
Natural rattan is a naturally growing vine from Southeast Asia that goes through a series of processes to develop its color, flexibility, and durability. It's a beautiful, natural material best suited for covered outdoor and indoor use. Synthetic rattan (resin wicker) is the most durable option of all and is tested for use in the harshest environments. The product we use is the best quality available — it looks like authentic natural rattan but offers the strength and weather resistance of a synthetic material.
How do I clean salt residue off outdoor furniture and pottery?
For regular upkeep, simple is best: use mild soap and water. A bucket of soapy water (Dawn works well) with a soft brush, followed by a rinse from the garden hose, is very effective at keeping your furniture in great shape. If you'd rather not clean monthly, there are many products available for a deeper seasonal cleaning instead.

Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?
Yes. We offer a full collection of bespoke indoor custom upholstery — sofas, chairs, and ottomans. We've partnered with a factory in High Point, North Carolina to manufacture our upholstery collections, with hundreds of fabric options to choose from. Every option is a performance fabric in a slipcovered design, so everyday cleaning is easy and covers can be removed and laundered for a deeper clean. One added benefit of ordering custom upholstery at Maison30a: you can order an extra set of slipcovers in the same color, or add a second color to change your look seasonally. Ordering that second set at the same time as your furniture costs far less than reordering later — because the seamstress is already creating your piece, adding an extra set cut to the exact same dimensions makes it a great value. Lead time for custom upholstery averages 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the piece and fabric selection.

Do you ship outside of the local area?
Yes — we ship nationwide. We have a dedicated in-house delivery team supported by our 60,000-square-foot warehouse, which keeps all of our collections in stock locally. Alongside its Panama City Beach showroom, Maison30a also maintains a significant presence in Texas, anchored by a 20,000-square-foot warehouse in Brenham — centrally located between Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin. A dedicated Texas-based delivery team serves Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas, and an active Florida–Texas logistics network keeps inventory moving between the showroom, warehouse, and show events. For destinations outside our local delivery area, contact us directly for a freight quote.
Do you offer local delivery or white-glove service in the 30A area?
Yes, we have a dedicated in-house experienced white glove delivery team that delivers locally weekly from our 60,000-square-foot local warehouse, providing professional white-glove delivery and installation.

Do you sell at the Round Top / Blue Hills antiques show?
Yes. Maison30a shows three times a year at Blue Hills at Round Top during Texas Antique Week, with a main showroom in Barn D and two collaborative spaces with Ellis Motel: the Party Barn and the Lounge Tent, both styled with Maison30a furniture and pottery for dining, cocktails, and lounging. We maintain an established customer base and a dedicated delivery team throughout the central Texas region.
